Each of your structures can only generate one resource at a time. For example, while your Rocket is on a mission that is generating Money, it will not generate any Science and vice versa. On your Structure Overview screen, you can see what resources you are currently generating. If this does not explain your lack of a specific resource, please contact our support team here.
Golden skills boost skills of other crew members who are assigned to the same structure. A golden skill will affect the skill which has the same icon, but a green background instead of a golden one - for example, the skill "Brave" (a lion's head on a golden background) will boost the "Bold" skill (lion's head on green background).
Your progress in Idle Tycoon: Space Company is saved in two ways. The app automatically saves your progress locally on your device every few minutes or whenever you suspend the app (idling in the background). Your progress is also saved on our cloud-servers whenever a synchronization is necessary, e.g. when you travel through a wormhole or when you are using a premium item such as a booster.
We are using Google Play Games (Android) and Game Center (iOS) services to authenticate the affiliation of your user ID and your savegame. If you are logged in with your Google Play Games/Game Center account, your progress is safe and can be restored. You can update your savegame at any time by pressing the "Save" button in the Options Menu.
You can easily play your Idle Tycoon: Space Company progress on another device if you are logged in with the same Google Play Games/Game Center account. Simply log in with your Google Play Games/Game Center account and continue the game where you left it.

If a purchase does not appear in your game, the easiest way to restore it is by tapping the "Restore Purchases" button in the Settings Menu. Alternatively you can force-quit the app then restart it and then try again. If there still seems to be a problem or if you need a refund, please contact our support team here.
In some cases it is possible that our ad-network has troubles finding a video-ad to show to you. If you want to watch more ads make sure you have a stable internet connection first. Quitting and Restarting the app will probably solve the problem by resetting your viewing-history thus checking all the ads again for suitability to your advertisement ID. As a last resort, we would recommend to reset your Advertisement ID.
To reset your Google Advertisement ID, go to your phone's settings --> Google --> Ads and tap on "Reset Advertising ID".
To reset your Apple Advertisement ID, go to your phone's settings --> Privacy --> Advertising and tap on "Reset Advertising ID".
If you're having issues receiving your free gems from completing reward-offers (offer-wall) try contacting our advertisement partner by navigating to the "in progress" tab, tapping on the offer in question and clicking on the "Missing coins?" button at the bottom of the pop-up.
Synchronization errors occur if there is a time difference between the local savegame on your device and the cloud save-game. If you keep receiving this error message, make sure to manually save your game, especially if you intend to play on multiple devices.
If you receive an error message we recommend to make sure that you have a stable internet connection. Once a stable internet connection is established please wait 15 seconds and then force-quit/restart the app.
